Description
In my Hatha yoga classes, I strive to create a welcoming and safe environment. The sessions focus on aligning the body and mind through postures ( asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation. The Hatha Yoga is a powerful tool for increasing body awareness, reducing stress, and promoting overall well-being.
What you will learn:
- Practices that promote balance between body and mind. Techniques to perform physical postures that improve flexibility, strength and balance.
Class requirements:
- You need a cozy space, some pillows, a yoga mat and comfortable clothes

My journey in Yoga began in 2012, and since then, I become increasingly passionate about this transformative practice. I trained at and specialised in Hatha Yoga, a style I consider fundamental for developing a solid and balanced practice.
